Obituary for Nathan Andrew Waddell

Nathan Andrew Waddell, age 36, was born January 24, 1981, in Danville, Va. He passed away and went to the loving arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, June 17, 2017. Nathan was an Army Veteran who served from 2003 – 2011, including a tour in Iraq. Nathan left the military and moved to Buckeye, Arizona, where he resided. There he attended UTI University, graduating with an Auto Mechanic’s degree, and was working full time doing what he loved to do.

He had been in declining health for the last several years. He was a passionate man who loved his work, enjoyed playing video games, drawing, working on his Fox Body Mustang, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be missed.

Nathan is survived by his wife, Corinna Waddell; daughters, Jacqueline and Sedona; son, Anthony; parents, John Waddell and Tama Collins; and his sister, Vanessa Nelson.

He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Mildred Waddell and Eleanor Collins; aunts, Joan Robertson and Jeanette Waddell Wilford.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 15, 2017, at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel with Rev. Mike Hearp officiating.
